We discuss the property, access and contents, then agree what the clearance covers. The quote and agreed handover should be clear before work is scheduled.
03 · Clear and sort
The team follows the agreed plan for rooms, furniture and belongings. Any items to retain or set aside are handled according to the instructions confirmed in advance.
04 · Complete the agreed clearance
We follow the confirmed scope and agree how the property handover should work when the clearance is complete.
